Whereas we will advance the following Ten Point Goals:
· Proactively address the issue of racism, sexism, and classism within the juvenile justice and education system.
· Raise the critical consciousness of CV communities and build a Youth Organizing Movement that mobilizes on behalf of alternatives to incarceration and deportation.
· Expose the overwhelming amount of funding that is funneled to prison/jails expansion instead of schools and other needed services.
